Claire Kosky, raised in Rockbridge County, Virginia, is an artist and writer working with large format film and digital photography. Her projects question humans’ relationships with the natural world through compassionate examinations of their interactions. She earned her BA in photography from Bard College in May of 2025, after exhibiting Home Slaughter in Woods Studio in Annandale-On-Hudson. In 2026, she was selected as a Junior Fellow by PhotoWork Foundation.
